It's been a long time that only Z chipset of Intel platform is mentioned while talking about overclocking (and maybe HEDT X chipset). Intel Turbo Boost is one of overclocking methods. Unlike extreme overclocking, Turbo Boost is a frequency auto-boosting technology by detecting the workload and temperature, which provides higher performance with more safety. For example, i9-10900 is basically a 2.8GHz processor, but it can boost frequency up to all-core 4.5GHz with 60% faster computing speed.
